How do I create an employee account?

Use Create account on the public site. Depending on configuration, an administrator may need to approve your signup before the employee portal unlocks.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Open Forgot password and confirm the security answer you chose at registration. You can then set a new password and sign in.

What is the difference between admin and employee portals?

Administrators manage organization data, payroll, approvals, and policies. Employees manage their own profile, leave, payslips, loans, and support tickets within the boundaries you define.

Payroll & data

Can payroll be changed after it is finalized?

Runs can be locked to prevent accidental edits. Administrators can unlock when a controlled correction is required, then regenerate or adjust as needed.

Where are payslips stored?

Payslips are generated from payroll records and linked snapshots so employees can review or print consistent documents for each period.

How do loans affect payroll?

Approved loans carry installment amounts that can be reflected in payroll deductions until the balance is closed.

Can I contact you without an account?

Yes. Use the Contact form to create a tracked inquiry. You receive a private link to view updates, edit your message while it is open, or withdraw the request.

I lost my inquiry link. Can I recover it?

Links are secret — bookmark the URL after submission. On the same browser, submitted inquiries also appear under My inquiries.
